What does Mundo 360 include?
Your Mundo 360 subscription unlocks the whole immersive 360° video & experiences platform: general content categories such as sports, concerts & music, destinations & travel, nature, culture and entertainment. Everything is included in one recurring fee; there are no extra per-experience purchases.
How does 360° video work?
Instead of watching from the outside, you are at the centre of the scene: on your phone you move the device to look around — up, down and side to side — as if you were really there. You can also enjoy it on a tablet or PC.
What categories are on Mundo 360?
General categories to explore: sports, concerts & music, destinations & travel, nature, culture, videos, entertainment and 360° experiences. We describe general content categories only.
Do I need a VR headset?
No. Mundo 360 is built so you enjoy the immersive content on the devices you already own: phone, tablet or PC. You do not need a headset or special equipment; on your phone you simply move the device to look around.
How was I subscribed?
You signed up through the secure sign-up page and confirmed the subscription through your mobile account. As soon as that finished, your account was activated with full access to every category.
How much does it cost?
Mundo 360 is a recurring subscription billed to your Movistar account. Two plans are available: MXN 34 per week (Movistar top-up) or MXN 100 per month (Movistar Plan). Your plan and amount are confirmed on the sign-up page before you continue. There is no free trial.
What devices does Mundo 360 support?
Mundo 360 runs on most modern smartphones, tablets and PCs. Sign in with your account and enjoy across the devices you already own; no special equipment is needed.
How do I contact support?

How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime: manage your subscription to stop the renewal, or email soporte@mundo360-mx.com. Your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
